I'm Katie, a middle school Language Arts teacher with a passion for all things pastry. As a child I was inspired to learn to bake while watching my mom effortlessly create delicious cookies and various treats each year for my dad's coworkers' Christmas cookie trays.

I have been happily married to the love of my life since December 2009, and we have one daughter who was born in July of 2011.
